Birds wings
does anyone include birds wings in their business? as a mobile unit I quite often get asked to do the odd budgie or parrot, while you are there doing one thing you might as well do the household

Birds? No, haven't had that one. What do you do with them?

Birds Wings
For people who keep birds in cages inside the house, they like to have them wonder around the home sometimes, but if they fly around they are more likely to fly out the door when someone opens it. So the trimming of the feathers on one of the wings prevents the bird from taking flight, but leaves it enough to hop from furniture to floor etc. Their feathers are much like the nails on the dog, cut them too low and they bleed like the quik. You just have the customer hold the bird and you extend one of the wings and cut the tips of the feathers from the top to the body. (hope that makes sense )

Re: Birds wings
I understand what you mean, I used to do that too with my birds. But I said by someone that if you don't want it to look like 'disable bird', then can cut inner feathers (the feathers more toward the body) and leave the big feather outside uncut, then it will hide the cut feather that will look pretty too!
