dilute tortie
Got a very nice dilute tortie persian today. Full belly shave, bath, dry in CSV, comb out, touch up belly shave. Followed the formula from cat school and all was done in 1 hour. Then, I took some pics, Mom said I can use one for my ad.
Charged $70.00 and Mom did not blink an eye. Maybe cause she is a hairdresser, IDK..

I had a Himalyan in this morning...a channel cut, Desheding bath & HV dry ...$70 He took an hour too :-) he was half the cat once I had finished with him lol
I think cat people appreciate the work & skill it takes to groom a cat, more so than most dog owners...so far I have never had a cat parent haggle price :-)

The rectangle cut from armpits to groin including the inside of thighs/knees with a 10 ....so when the cat/dog is standing you cannot see this but it removes the knots & allows them to cool themselves by lying the naked belly on something cool without having removing the full coat ....others may know it by another name ?...a channel cut into the underside of a cat/dog... a great option for parents that dont want to ruin the look of thier pet but are concerned by a large coat overheating them.
I do it on lots of cats, collies roughs, goldies, samoyeds etc its not till the lay down & roll over that you know its there :-)

Pics please. Yeah I do that cut on cats too. It's a great maintenance cut. Been busy, moved Saturday and still getting stuff out of the house. Then need to clean it. I have nowhere to go with alot of stuff. Chat soon.

don't wanna hijack your thread.....
moved to a trailer park about a mile from my house. Gonna sneak small grooms. I am right next to the office, lol. Dogs having a hard time adjusting as the lot is small and they are used to 26 acres. It is cold in the trailer, and I have been ordering curtains to help with that. I have no bedroom but the kids do. Chat soon. Life is hard, what can I say? I am a tough bitch. But getting very backed up with clients as I'm not all set up yet. Will start a thread soon. Happy cat grooming.

Yer only a mile away? If noone has bought the property yet, can you take the dogs back there for a run? Tired dog=happy dog thing?
