I will miss them, but not the work....
I was in touch with the woman that will be taking Stormy and I told her that we are still trying to get the fuel money for the trip. It will be very costly. Well her husband has to go to a neighboring state on June 5th. He is going far, up to Maine. Zumi needs to go up that way , sort of, too. Massachusetts. If he can use Curt's truck he will haul Zumi. So I threw that at Curt and told him I was tired of being go between and gave him their number. Hopefully I have that situated. I am dealing with these damn migraines right now so I am very drained.

OK, that house is a bust. Owner's dad is being a jerk so I told the realtor it's time to look elsewhere. Boy they wasted alot of precious time.

Thanks. I will live..... Gonna try to actually buy a house, lol. Just got my retirement money for down payment. My boyfriend just has to fix a little something on his credit report.
May get more head tests done. C/T showed something but I always get any testing done read wrong so not gonna worry. Gonna call insurance company to see what actually is covered. What a pain. Keep yas posted.
Eyeing up another place close to here. I could have chikuns again....

Just an update.
Zumi and his mom are scheduled to leave on the 9th. Fingers crossed as my foreclosure has started.
A few shares in Zena have sold so I am hoping once Zumi gets to our broker's farm their will be interest in him as well.
And I will be visiting Lorie on the 15th for a few days so maybe I will have pics to share. This will be my vacation.

I just found out that Creative is the Friday I get to Lorie's for the NEPG convention in the next state. I don't think we will make that. So disappointed.
Showing the house and property in 30 minutes. Fingers crossed. A qualified buyer with horses originally from this area. Sounds like the perfect match.
Did do the County Court thing Wednesday for the foreclosure. There were about 8 other cases there too. It's epidemic here. I got lucky and was called first so I didn't have to sit there for hours. Sometimes good looks pay off lol..... bounce

Yeah it is. I just haven't been myself for many months. I think I am starting to drop weight again with all this stress. I should know in like a week if I should look to purchase a home with my boyfriend or look hard for a rental. Let's see what happens. I'm not done yet.

Good luck with everything that's going on in your life at the moment. Things seem to be pretty tough for a lot of people atm. Have had people with 2 dogs bring them in but ask if I can just do one of them because they can't afford it, and people are waiting longer... I'm doing stacks of shaves now, and it's winter down here.

Merryl. I have to work! Where will you be after the 15th? I am going to Ct. on the 15th thru like the 18th. After that I will be back in eastern PA. I would love to see you. Wanna go to CT?????? If ya can't do that I will have to try to see you on a weekend. It's impossible to get time off from the other job in the summer.

Ocean City used to be alot nicer. It's such a tourist trap. I havent been there for years cuz of that.

The friend I am staying with organised Ocean city before we came and she was told it is nice, so I hope she's not disappointed Embarassed

We don't get back until Friday then we have a party on Saturday and Sunday so it's not looking possible, despite your kind offers to make it happen. Oh well, maybe next time!

Picking thru potential homes for Stormy. I may have a match a few states away in Virginia. But there is a rescue opening soon down the road from me. So she may end up there but either way I will donate what I can and my time there.
So, I had an offer on my property an took it. Only 200k, almost half what I owe. If all goes well closing is Oct. 30th. Guess I better move my butt and empty this place. Going home to my parents.
