I owed like 380k on the farm and only got 200k. I think the bank would let that place go for 100k seeing the work needed. A shame really as they put alot into the place. The owners had a handyman to watch the place as they have moved to CA. He let the oil run out in '09, '10 and that started the damage.

The only thing that is killing that house is the mold. I think it would be a total gut job. So the search continues.....

I may have good news after many months of basically nothing. I did find a good property although the house is a bit small. Nice flat lot of over an acre, all farmland out back so no encroachment. Plenty of garage space for Eric. There are actually 3 detached garages. I cn either use the small sunroom to groom or part of basement. Plus there may be an interested party for Eric's house. If he gets a buyer soon the property is ours as we did bid but need the house to sell. Well and divorce to be finalized for him. He is over the 2 year mark with that. Keep you all posted. Please pray it's falling together.

I hope I know if Eric's house will get an offer in the next week or so. I geot a slew of perennials that I planted to dress the house up but the deer ate them in 48 hours. Total waste of time.

Yesterday was a bad day. My daughter totally wigged out so she was taken away by ambulance. I will know today where she is being treated at. I am pretty sure it will be down by Philly. There are no beds up this way. She needs help so bad and I know she will hate me for doing this.

She is at the Horsham Clinic in Ambler, PA. The crisis counselor from the hospital left me a crypted message on my voicemail as they are not allowed to disclose info as she is an adult.
I have been calling this clinic since Saturday and have not received one return call. Such b.s. because she is an adult. What, are they gonna drive her an hour and a half home? I know squat.
