Re: Daisy Mascot
Ahhh the Daisy fan club
Well I am lacking a camera at the moment, I know I buy only cheap ones, but do they have to last only a matter of months?
No photos, but this will give you a laugh. Daisy was in the 'first ever held' Pets Day Out day here in Kalgoorlie. They had a class for The Most Obedient. Well now when it comes to food Daisy will jump fences (literally) for you, she can sit, up-sit (sit up like a rabbit) die (play dead), speak and shake. However, it was a warm day, and she's in a bout a 4 comb length, and I fogot when it's hot she goes into shut-down mode. And she did, in the class, flat out, chicken legs spread out behind her, she wouldn't even walk. Of course she got nowhere, but even worse still, she got beaten by a 4 yr olds stuffed toy dog! *sigh*

Re: Daisy Mascot
I'm bumping, Lisa - more Daisy pics when you can please? I have been flat out minding dogs but will get the camera out soon for "groomed poodle" shots, rather than "messy poodle" shots.
The Daisy story is a hoot - they are not robots . Hmm, beaten by a stuffed toy....

Re: Daisy Mascot
I just had to add Bart. A rescue puss who lasted 8 months with us before being killed on the road. Sigh. He was the best cat I've ever known, such a smooch and an amazing character. Found in a bush in a park in Perth and ended up with me.
And our latest rescue family member. Zodiac (Zodi). The owners spent $3000 on her after being mauled by a dog and didn't think she would live. She went home only to get diarhhoea before someone spat the dummy and Zodi was taken to the vet to get put down. This photo is taken on her 2nd day with me obviously learning nothing about being scared by dogs! She attacks my clients by hiding in a bush and pouncing on their feet as they walk past, and bosses all the client dogs - sigh Daisy has only just now decided she's not going to take that cat BS and is barking at her and chasing her when she needs a telling off - Go Daisy!
A recent one taken of me, my son Zac, Lady and Daisy. Lady is the dog we lost to baiting a couple of weeks ago. She was a character and completely opposite to Daisy. She would run so fast with excitement that she'd be running on the spot and getting nowhere LOL.
Lady - RIP
Me and bikie chick Daisy.
Food ALWAYS food.
How ugly a peke can look when you get the clip really wrong. My ex did this when I was away on holiday for a month after strict instructions of 'don't clip her head'. Daisy was most unimpressed.

Re: Daisy Mascot
Great pics Lisa. That cat would surely hate to miss out on something. It certainly looks quite happy to sit up there while the dogs are being groomed.
I have some clients that I go to and their cat's are quite happy to come out to the trailer and check out the action.

Re: Daisy Mascot
Thanks for the update and photos Lisa. You are all looking well. Good to see. Poor Daisy you can tell in the photo how unimpressed she was. She is such a character. Love her in the milk crate as the bikie chick. My favourite was always in the ruck sack on the back of bike. It really is great to have you back....
