I agree they are very pricey specially when they would be very easily made...might have a go... could be a good seller with the bows i make lol

These things are not hard to make at all! If you have one handy, look at the way the frills are attached, I can not remember the name of that type of knot, I think it's a horizontal half hitch see this one here: http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Articles/4968535/181359_Full.jpg
Just get a piece of colored elastic (I use those hair headbands that look like giant ponytail holders) and put your fav fabric around them. Nice to do while chillaxin in front of the telly
