1 1/2 cups rice bubbles
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup desicated coconut
1/3 cup chopped red glace cherries
1/3 cup chopped green glace cherries
1/3 cup sultanas
250g copha

Line the base and sides of shallow pan with foil.
Combine ingredients whilst melting copha slowly in pan.
Combine all and spoon mixture into tin.
Smooth suface and chill until set.
Slice to serve
