AIRBRUSHING FOR CREATIVE STYLES.........
Hi All,
Happy Easter, hope the easter bunny was good to you all !!!
Now I have seen some photos of dogs on the internet that they say have been airbrushed !!
As creative grooming is fairly new in Australia I was hoping that some of you may have answers to my questions
1) is a normal airbrush used
2) what dye or temp colour is used in them
3) should the coat be short (7F) or can it be longer (4F)
I can get pet ester and I currently use dyex to colour ears and tails etc..
I hope someone out there can help me out as I would like to add this to my services this year..
thanks all
Michelle

airbrush?
normally groomers use blo-pen with stencil to create the "airbrush" effect.
but you can also do that with reg crayola markers... kid markers and make sure it's non-toxic
it's a temp thing and can be wipe off with a moist towel
for semi-permanant....
there are alot of diff pet dyes out there and it can any length...
you got satured in, wait a while, then wash it out.
**** try not to get it on their skin!!!*****
there are tricks for dark coats to bleach first then color

Re: AIRBRUSHING FOR CREATIVE STYLES.........
If i am not mistaken i think the airbrushing that was referred to was airbrushing of the photos/pics in the advertising brochure. I might be wrong? but i think thats what Dawn meant

Yes Donna I know about airbrushing photos with photoshop etc, but this dogs had been coloured using an airbrush, like they do temporary tattoos on people...... I get so out of breath with blowpens and they dry up fast and are hard to get in australia...
anyway might ask on facebook, someone may know
thanks all
