Re: Belly watchin
Stormy is going to her new home tomorrow. I have had a few calls from a new rescue opening 2 miles down the road from me. "Lucky's Landing" after one of their original rescues passed from old age. They have spoken to me twice about Stormy but I was trying to place her without them. They called me again since I had run an ad to liquidate my horse supplies. I did a very good donation, meds, ointments, buckets, feeders, fence charger, heated buckets....gonna give them a water tank too. They fell in love with Stormy was the first time they saw her. One of the men called me Sunday after seeing her Friday. He is hopelessly in love.He wants her for himself. They have a nice setup and I hope to spend time there too. Free to see her all I want. I will most likely waive my rehoming fee. I will take pics and update you.

FYI. Have to pull Zumi from the Jockey Club. His ulcers may heal but racing will most likely bring them back. What a waste. Such a promising fellow.

No. He was the only colt we ever birthed. I pray he does have a happy, stress free life. That is all that really matters too me. I don't care how much I shelled out for breeding fee. So looks like Zena will have to be the winner. She is a big girl btw. Already passing 15.2.

What a mess. Not sure how things work over in your country. I am supposed to have my closing on the farm on the 19th. The new owner and I have become friends. He is a good guy.
Got served sheriff sale papers last month for Dec. 9th. Contacted the proper channels to stop that. Got a call last night that it isn't stopped. Today is the 9th. I am headed to the courthouse to speak with the judge and my realtor is headed to another courthouse to file my bankrupcy. Anything to stop this sale. If these things work the sale will be stopped unless the bank has a lawyer there to run interference. We just need a couple weeks. I will not follow thru with the bankrupcy but that stops everything from moving along. So tired of this b.s. Say a prayer my friends. I came so far to let this all unravel.

Re: Belly watchin
Month to month Lorie but I am having a hard time making rent and it's only $511. An apartment would be more plus I would get locked into a lease. So even if I don't break even I shouldn't have to worry about breaking a lease. I would just have to pay the lot rent til this trailer sold and I have been doing work on it to flip it quick. Mostly painting but did electrical and all rooms now have cable. Also a much better stove. I will sell it with the curtains and hardware for an added 1k.

Re: Belly watchin
This place I found has 3 acres and a barn, although my horse days are over. There are still other creatures, lol.
It will need work though as it has been sitting 3 years. 9 radiators burst and there is some black mold. The rest should be cosmetic. I would like to see it to know if it's a possibility. I do want an old farmhouse. They call to me.

Trying to go Saturday but Eric is already complaining. I have already contacted my girlfriend who works for the mortgage co. Eric is approved with to see if purchasing is even an option as his house is still trying to be sold.
He is already bitching about the cost of radiators but if it can be mortgaged then I will pull money out of my secret account for that. I have friends that may help me work on the place. I wouldn't offer more than 120k. I will let you know.
It would be a very nice place when finished.
