Re: Eclectus Parrot
Is a girl.. most girls are red/blue and the boys are green. No, it's the shop birds for some reason I think when she sees me, she knows I give animals baths and make all kind of noises with the forcedryer/cage dryer.... so she sometime decide she wants showers too and try to in her water bowl. So I just put her in the tub and hose her down. She's a weird bird though.. very moody. Bites. (bit me recently)... But I still like to take her out sometime so she's not in the cage all the time, everyone else doesn't want to anymore cause she bites.

Pip is native to Australia but he was raised by a breeder then surrendered by his first owner - I don't really like to have birds in cages but these hand raised ones would not survive in the wild. He bites too! Lorries are very colourful and you can't tell boys from girls except by dna testing.
Sam we raised from a baby...he has a mate but they share with every bird that "drops in". We have a lot of free-loaders
