I am interested in what others here use in the way of disclaimer forms, which puts responsibility back onto the customer. Such as for shave-downs which may uncover unnoticed hot spots etc. That's just an example, but anything that may occur while the dog is in our care. Could anyone share what forms they have?

I would love to see one too as when I'm running my own business I'd like to have them implemented; perhaps on a small A5 card that specifies other things such as 'tick box for bow/collar bow' and then scan them into the computer so you always have them to bring up on file should you need them.

I was given this back in 2009 and changed the name to protected the innocent Wink, I have always used this one and not one client complained about it. You can use it as it was given to me, change it to suit yourself.

Good one Chris. Excellent explanation. I do find though sometimes that owners that have that really bad and matted coat can't read though. DOH or are just blind to the matting maybe one in brail would be good....LOL. Laughing Wink
