Is there any industry watchdog? Lol ;)
I think I know we don't..but wanted to use the word watchdog
I'm rather upset about story after story of a local salon who sedates without owner knowledge/permission. I've picked up so many of their disgruntled customers....they've also badly injured at least one dog I know of (5 stitches)
I'm rather passionate about how doggies are treated, as I'm sure you all are too. Or you wouldn't spend your free time on the forum! Like someone said on another topic...the hacks don't come on here...
There's nothing that can be done about it is there? I find it difficult to keep my mouth shut about this one, and I have accidentally spilled the beans on a social networking page....and umm might be in a bit of hot water over it...but kinda don't care because afew more people are now well informed. I was happy to risk my rep, for the good of her potential doggy clients not going there and also hoping she would realise that people know...not the most mature business decision Ive made. But hey, you guys are probably starting o realise I wear my heart on my sleeve and when it comes to stuff like this I have to let it out!
But it got me thinking about why there isn't more consequences for groomers who do this crap! It's soooo wrong! It makes me so angry.

you can report them to piaa or pets australia if they are a member. There might be a code of practice with the department of primary industry.
What social media are you inhot trouble with, maybe you should take it down just incase
