Re: Back to her old self
I'd say she's ready for a new style. Try it , it's only hair

That would be a great possibility and I do know how bad your itching to do it. You could do like Shona did (hint, hint). Always did favor that style. So classy.
What coloring did you and Rach use? Thinking about doing something with Tia when the weather gerts warm. Kinda hard since sh has sheperd fur but gonna try anyway. She loves being pampered.

I love to hug her like this, she feels like a big cotton ball..
I guess if I screw it up I can put clothes on her. Not feeling super confident lately.

If you stuff it up don't post it You won't anyway, and poodle hair grows like wildfire Now that my Fab Four puppies are thriving I need to get onto their two yr old siblings, who look like woolly mammoths. It's awful to have clients come for grooming and have your own look ungroomed.
BTW I'm for the Japanese look - it suits Mingo and looks cooool duude...............

Ha ha ha ha....
Great time for you to practise HS Lorie. Don't even focus on a style, try a few different things on different sections. She grows so fast. Could carve some hearts for V-day.

I know what you mean Mutt, I just see a mess when people look at Mingo to say HI
I used hot,hot,hot pink
I don't have one day off this week, tonight I have a chow shave down with fleas and remember the matted apricot toy poo when you were here Jonna? That;s the chows sister , she coming too, Mingo is on the back burner for a few days!

Yeah I remember. He should be in every 6 weeks at least. I hate chows, always had bad ones. Won't take them anymore. Same with OES.

Chow was fine, I love him. Maybe it's me but I think they are one of the most gorgeous breeds. I could look at his face for hours, it's so beautiful.

What color Lorie? I only ever had reds. All nasty. If they would be I would love to properly groom one. I just love to hand scissor their manes. So much fun.

Re: Back to her old self
I don't know.
i been grooming him for about two years now. She said the other day he was getting a bit cranky because he is getting arthritis. I was careful, but he was fine. I got kisses. he likes me and wags when he comes.
I am more worried he lives with 3 year old twins, he snapped at one when she fell into him recently...

Nice work, Lorie. Did they want him clipped off in winter? I'd be concerned about the three yr olds too........

Re: Back to her old self
She was convinced he had fleas! She had ME convinced! (by what she said) He was scratching like crazy and her toy poo had fleas, she was picking them off the poo. Well, the poo came too and neither had any bugs at all....not sure what she was picking off??
He is in that shape every time, I can get it out with the HV pretty well, but she said he had to be shaved because of the fleas ( ) and because since he got a little crippled she didn't want him outside anymore and he was too hot in the house...
