You will get a gentle ribbing from the gorgeous Ozzies on this site being a kiwi but they're all super helpful and supportive folk who help with any problems or queries or are just there to download to after a hard day on the scissors
Congrats on your new position in the salon. I'm sure you'll handle it well. You love dogs and you tolerate their owners so you'll be fine
My sis-in-law works for Animates, don't think they do grooming tho??

Hi Nadean, another of the above I'm afraid. Born and bred in Timaru, lived in Chch, Auckland, Waiouru, Wellington, Taupo, Chch again and Burnham .... I think that's all. Had my own business as a massage therapist at the Haelan Centre (now defunct) in Bealey Ave before we came over here. I work full time from home in kalgoorlie and loving it. Must pick your brains about the industry over there as there may be a slight possibility of us going back one day if our in laws here in Kal decide to head back that way, but until then, welcome and enjoy the forum.

Hi Nadean, I'm Brooke from Brisbane and I have only been grooming for about 9 or 10 months and I am loving it. I work during school hours from my home. This forum is absolutely invaluable to me as I only did a brief grooming course and find the groomers on here extremely helpful not to mention hilarious I look forward to chatting to you soon.
